The Convention Bureau is here to support and advise you in organizing your business event, whatever its size or type (seminar, convention, symposium, conference, congress, incentive, team building, etc.).
He or she is your single point of contact for the entire duration of your visit, and will coordinate the various local players and service providers involved in organizing your event.
The team will share with you its expertise in the business and its perfect knowledge of the destination and its players, so as to best meet your requirements and specifications.
All services offered by the Convention Bureau are free of charge. Our sole objective is your satisfaction and the success of your event.

Our missions
Advice and support
The Convention Bureau's main mission is to provide advice and support to anyone planning a business event.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of typical assignments for organizing your event:
- venue search
- caterer search
- transport search for local transfers
- development of à la carte discovery/guided tour programs for the region
- search for technical service providers
- search for accommodation (from pre-booking quotas of rooms at negotiated rates to marketing - if desired - via a dedicated web platform, in the image of your event)
As far as accommodation is concerned, the marketing platform dedicated to your event, where your participants will be able to choose, book and pay for their accommodation online, will be created by Bnetwork, a company we work with that specializes in this field.
Destination promotion
Another important mission of the Convention Bureau is to promote the destination and all its players to event organizers (agencies, corporate/companies, associations, learned societies, federations, academics, etc.) in France and abroad.
This promotion takes place at dedicated trade shows: Heavent Cannes, IMEX Frankfurt, IBTM Barcelona,...
The aim of this promotion is to raise the profile of the business destination and attract new events to increase the flow of events into the region.
We have communication tools such as videos, a meeting guide and a standard presentation folder for the region, which are available to event organizers.
The Convention Bureau can also help you prepare your application.
Finally, the Convention's mission is to represent the destination in national and international professional networks.
