The NEC (Nouvel Espace Culturel) is an 800-seat auditorium (with retractable tiers), which can be converted into a 600-cover dining room. The hall is equipped with tables and chairs for this purpose, as well as two motorized technical grills, above the stage and facing into the hall. A 200m2 hall with a bar equipped with refrigerators, two furnished dressing rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cold room and checkrooms complete the equipment.

- a 200 m2 hall with bar (ideal for receptions, receptions, etc. for 200 people),
- a 600 m2 hall (800 people in tiered seating, or 600 people in meal configuration with retracted stand),
- a 50 m2 fully-equipped kitchen,
- two 6m2 changing rooms,
- two furnished 17 m2 dressing rooms.
Public parking is at the rear of the NEC, in the Jules Ferry parking lot, about 5 minutes' walk away, with technical parking immediately behind the building.
Accessibility and public transport
PRM access is via reserved parking spaces just outside the main entrance. The building is entirely on one level, and the hall has 10 reserved PMR parking spaces.
