In spring 2024, the Agence Régionale du Tourisme Grand-Est created the ÉcoBoussole, an innovative, free tool accessible to all the region's tourism service providers. This self-diagnostic tool enables socio-professionals to assess their level of sustainable commitment.
Over the course of this first year, ART GE teams visited more than 40 regions to present the tool and the Sustainable Tourism service offering.
On the strength of these exchanges and user feedback, an optimized version of ÉcoBoussole has just been deployed.
Business tourism professionals, this new version now meets your questions and expectations. In fact, 4 new user categories have been added to better reflect the realities and specificities of the field, including "MICE and business tourism professionals".
The Metz Convention Bureau encourages you to use this tool to assess your level of sustainable commitment, and identify your strengths and areas for improvement.
CSR and sustainable tourism are key issues for event organizers, who are increasingly looking for concrete ways to reduce the environmental impact of their events. That's why Inspire Metz has been committed for over 3 years to iso 20121 certification and the labeling of its territory as a Sustainable Innovative Destination, alongside 4 major partners of the Metz Eurometropole.
