Clef Verte: something new in the Metz Eurometropole!

Sustainable tourism, January 28, 2025

On January 21, the national ceremony for the 2025 winners of the Clef Verte label took place. This is the first international sustainable tourism label for tourist accommodation and restaurants, coordinated in France by the Teragir association.

By 2025, 45% more establishments will be taking concrete action with the Green Key in favor of the environment in their area.

In 2025, 5 new establishments in Moselle were awarded the Clef Verte label, bringing the total to 16 in Moselle and 8 in the Metz Eurometropole.

The Clef Verte label is one of the most widely recognized in the field of sustainable tourism, with more than 6,700 establishments worldwide awarded the label. It attests to a rigorous environmental approach, requiring establishments to meet a series of criteria in terms of resource management, awareness-raising and environmental management.
